The creation workroom of Terre de Marins is situated in La Seguinière in the Great West of France.

Around thirty persons are working there every day to guarantee the comfort, the style and the quality of our products.

The stylist

The stylist is at the base of the fashion, the inspiration of the collections.

He captures the trend, the aspirations and the wish of the world around him in order to translate it into his collections.

He also structures the shapes of the clothes, searches and matches the materials, works with the colours.

The graphic artist

The job of a graphic artist is less well known by the public, but essential for the creativity and the originality of the collections.

To give life to the sketches drawn by the stylists, the graphist proposes some "graphisme" to give life to the inspiration and liven up the products.

The pattern maker

Once the design is realised by the stylist and validated by the product manager, the pattern maker realises the pattern.

The pattern maker creates the clothes, he pays really attention to the comfort of the clothe. The pattern maker is one of the first link of the quality chain assuring he shape and the comfort.

The confection

In the Terre de Marins's teams we count on the "little hands" of the workshop: "the prototype fitters". They permit to validate the product on its comfort and on the tecnical aspects. They also permit to the creation team to control the product quality, the womanly and the elegance of the shapes.

The puchasers

Once the models are created and patterned, the purchases select the best suppliers, negociate the prices and more over control the quality of the production. After they realise tests to check the product quality.
